Due to the close proximity to the lake, Dorn Drive has developed into an establish upper middle class neighborhood. We were pleased to find 2 side by side lots in such a nice subdivision named "Switzerland". Utilities are out front and there is a creek bed across the street. The up sloping grade of lots 36 and 37 is typical for Dorn Drive and there are many homes built on only one lot. Here are 2 new homes that have been constructed within the last 3 years on the same side of the street and less than a block away...

quickly realized that we had a 180 degree view!...
Although there are some beautiful trees and plants at the front of the property, the majority of the land consists of wild grass. Spring will be with us here on the mountain soon... so look forward to green grass, oak trees and dogwood trees blooming...
